The most aggressive forms include squamous cell carcinoma and actinic keratoses [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7963670\">R<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20354654\"> R<\/a>].<\/p>\n<p>In a clinical study of 386 people at a high risk of skin cancer, <strong>oral<\/strong> niacinamide reduced the rate of nonmelanoma skin cancer by 23% compared to placebo.
