We purchased zinc supplements today in Los Algodones Mexico from a natural food and herbal store there. I didn’t look too carefully and we are already home. Yet the bottle states it is 500 mg of Zinc gluconate. Is the Mexico dose different than American dose, and this is actually something I can take? According to your article here states 8-11mg a day. I simply need help navigating this Mexico zinc dosage, or I need to try to take it back.
