Hello ,
I had ordered the extra strength of ziolit , now i read your article quoting “To stay on the safe side, make sure not to combine zeolite with any drugs or supplements”.

I wonder weather any studies where made on interaction between Zeolites and anticoagulants Apixaban by Eliquis?
Weather I will be able to utilise the liquid Zeolite on the skin and wounds?

I would just say the obvious – if more toxins are OUT, your body will perform better. That would make everything easier on the body. That’s the point of Zeolite.

I’m not sure whether I should let my 10 years old son to try out. I recently bought zeolite capsules from Heilterpfen, London based company and have to take 4 capsules daily and I took 1 hour before dinner. Should I try 1 capsule of 400mg for my son?

Excellent and quiet informative article. Side effects are really minor, and overdose can’t happen as Zeolite does not get absorbed by the body rather, it passes through the body only. therefore, Zeolite lite can be taking as a preventive against Cardiac Vascular Disease, and many other dangerous diseases with no fear at all.

If it’s not possible to combine with supplements who do I take my medicinal herbs and painkillers. I am a liver cancer stage 2 sufferer with chronic diahorea as side effects to immunotherapy.
Any advice. I will also ask my oncology team

Thank you for your article. I have subscribed to selfhacked. I read that liquid zeolite is somewhat of a con… Just greatly watered down zeolite.. Having just bought spent £65 on 6x30ml bottles this is rather disconcerting.. I have no idea how to find the best and purist source of zeolite clay, or really how much to use and wonder if you can point me in the right direction of what to look out for. There are so many versions being marketed… Where do I begin? Look forward to hearing from you.
Ps. I eat high quality mostly organic plant based nutrition. Have been given the all clear from eostrogen dependent breast cancer last December. I want to build up my immune system and clear toxins. Look forward to hearing from you.

I have an issue with the usage of Zeolite. I started drinking it with water. Now I was drinking a lot of water but still by the end of the road through my body it was hard as a stone. And to make matter worse, it took ages to push it out of me and it hurt like hell.
o.k. I get it, smaller dosages, more time in between taking Zeolite but what I would like to know: Do you have recommendations on how to increase the intake? What about using it with fiber supplements or liquid fiber supplements? Is there a way to have the stool not harden up too much? I would also like to diet and take Zeolite to reduce my fat storages and detox at the same time. But eating less means also have less substance to pass through my intestinal tracks. Any suggestions or could you point into a direction? I was looking for recipes using Zeolite. Zeolite fiber pancakes, would that be a thing?

Hi, for those interested, my experiences with zeolite are very mixed and that is a hell of an understatement. Back in 2017, I took a good quality zeolite. I took 1tsp prior to each meal 2 or 3 times per day. Within 2 days I felt like I was tripping. I halved the dose and a week later my hair started falling out. I lost all the hair on my head for over a year. Interestingly, I had started to take a liquid suspension form called TRS at the same time my hair had started to return. I attributed it to that because the timing was perfect. I was very careful and started with 1 spray going up to 5 sprays per day and staying at that level for 6 months. I then had 6 months off and then restarted with the TRS at the same level, 5 sprays per day, rather than titrating up. This was a huge mistake. Within a few days again my hair started falling out and it hasn’t stopped until now, I have absolutely none save for a little thin patch directly under my nose of all places. Eyelashes, eyebrows, nasal hair, etc have all gone and it’s now been 9 months and there is no sign of any hair regrowing anywhere. I’ve been hunting high and low for a mechanism and just can’t find one. The only things I can think of are 1) that it released mercury from my cells at a much higher rate than was safe – I had tested positive for mercury some years before 2) it disrupted an intestinal biofilm that was hiding a whole lot of nasties beneath it that caused an enormous immune response – I was covered in the herpes virus after both of these occasions and also after using EDTA for just a few days which had the same effect but not as strong. EDTA is also a biofilm disruptor due to its chelating abilities. Any ideas? Thanks

I am not sure if this is a “reply” about the Zeolite, but I have been using it for years. Then my cat got lymphoma cancer. Her lymph nodes were swollen under her arms, and she was close to death. The vet wanted to start cancer radiation treatments. I refused, and started her with a zeolite in a spray. I sprayed in on her food. Then I used food grade hydrogen peroxide adding a couple drops to her reverse osmosis drinking water. Slowly she started to have more energy, appetite. This went on for 6 months and then a year. The lymph nodes disappeared and her fur grew really thick, she was outside hunting, she gained weight. She was a 14 year old cat at the time she got sick……..she lived another 7 years. I know that if I got cancer, I would use zeolite as a treatment.
I use it as a spray in my nose if I get a cold. The symptoms are gone in a few days. It works for my sons acne and my husband uses it for injuries on the job. I always keep a spray bottle of Zeolite for everything.

I’m currently trying Zeolite so I read your article.
It says: “Zeolite does it all in the gut without being absorbed, ”

Then I would like to know how it “improves liver function, brain detox, and affects cancer” if it isn’t absorbed?

For example you say:
“In studies on mice, zeolite enabled lead elimination and protected the brain from oxidative damage caused by this heavy metal. It reduced the levels of lead in organs by up to 91% [22, 23].”

How can it do that if it isn’t absorbed?
