I recommend to try cryotherapy in a cryo studio. Most centers will have a cryo chamber where you walk in or cryo sauna which is a neck-high tube where you stand. If it works for you and feel the benefits then you can install a cryotherapy machines at home for convenience.

Hope that helps :)

Cryotherapy is being used for some time in for treating skin conditions and ophthalmology. But in recent years, its application has considerably increased. Cryo-chambers have becoming highly popular.

I found it very interesting to know that it reduces pain and inflammation, as well as as it may even help with stress and even eczema. I will definitely inform my mother of the additional benefits people get from this treatment so that I convince her, and we start looking for a provider.

It’s cool to think that the process of healing can be accelerated by using something as simple as cool air. With that in mind, the next time I get a sports injury I’ll have to consider using cryotherapy and see if that helps me recover faster.

A person should do a lot of research on the internet before undergoing such therapy.
And, such kind of therapy should be performed by skilled and experienced professionals.
It has been found that cryotherapy helps to deal with joint-related issues and helps to stimulate the production of collagen.
Besides, it also helps to remove the deposited subcutaneous fat in the body.

That is strange! We have multiple studies of human trials listed, so I don’t know why that may be.

It is interesting that in some of the mainstream articles on cryotherapy they say there is no real evidence that cryotherapy is beneficial, yet there are numerous references here. Why is that? Not a rhetorical question.

The cold temps do not penetrate past the skin layers. And the body shunts blood to the core to create more heat around the organs. So core body temperature can actually increase, not decrease.
