Hi,
Do you have any idea if SAMe could lessen the effects of Vyvanse? I have been taking both and I think my Vyvanse hasn’t really worked since taking SAMe (which is activating itself so it’s a little hard to distinguish). I’ve gained weight, I sleep a lot more and I don’t ever get a crash or a feeling of Vyvanse wearing off like I used to… this is all after 6 months and leads me to believe it somehow lessens the effect of Vyvanse. I cannot find anything online even comparing the 2 and by a glimpse of CYP mechanisms for each it doesn’t seem as though this could be the case. Still, personal experience tells me otherwise. I would greatly appreciate your input.

I used Adderall and side effects were awful.
Extreme fatigue by the end if the day. In the beginning if use couldn’t sleep for 2 days in a raw, sometimes high blood pressure, excelerated heartbeat that would wake m up at night…but the worst was nervousness that will nake me argue wth people and be super impatient. After 6 monhs if use I put t a side for use only in very special cases.
