I’ve had diabetes for 44 years! I am the “ Diabetic Guinea Pig”! I have tried so many experiments to see what would help with blood sugar and sugar cravings. Thanks to the internet, I figured out I have “ leaky gut syndrome”. Severely. But the one thing I want to say is that Organic Apple Cidet Vinegar most certainly lowers blood sugar, wether you are a type 1 or type 2 diabetic. I’ve been taking it every day in the morning for a little over 5 years. It helps the insulin receptors use insulin much more effectively so your body needs less and that’s what make you loose weight. 1 tablespoon of organic extra virgin coconut oil , 1/2 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar every morning will help anyone struggling with weight lose and blood sugar control and inflammation. Incidentally… these three things greatly help reduce my cravings for carbohydrates and for cravings to eat when you are not truly hungry:
Apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, extra virgin coconut oil, & glucosamine & chondroitin. I don’t know what makes them help me with the cravings, but the help so much, especially in the evening after dinner. It’s just not a struggle anymore… as long as I take those things every morning. By the way, I read that our bodies insulin receptors are on our major muscles like our thighs. And it must be true, because when my blood sugars are tunnumg high, all I have to do is 15 minutes of leg lifts or squats or bicep curls or sit-ups, and “ poof” … blood sugars go back to normal after about 45 minutes to 1 hour. It works better than going for a 30 minute walk. Hope this helps some of you diabetics out there!

Is there any truth to that diet? Thanks for your time, Karen.
