I have been on antidepressants for a long time. I think I need this site.

A lifetime of researching to learn how my body functions. Researching chronic constipation led me to my thyroid which unearthed volumes of misinformation from my internal med doc. My journey continues and I’ll join “SelfHacked” to learn. Google will not be used.

When I read them, it gives me the cringe! All the author wants is a trickle of traffic from Google in order to make a few cents off of Amazon affiliate program or Google ads. Oh, God Google should do something about these health articles that are totally inaccurate. Sure enough they made changes to their algo. Thank God!!!
Your site got effected because, your site was not compliant at the time. Now, that you have references it meets Google guidelines. Yes, it does take time now, to catch up, because your site got busted. If you had a good SEO professional, or if you kept up with the SEO news you would have had some kind of warning to fix your site. But then, many people do not take action, because its an expensive and tedious task! The articles shouldnt have been written like that to begin with, ie without references, links to the studies supporting the article. Being a search engine professional, myself, I can assure you, 60% plus traffic should return, now that you are compliant, over the next 6 months.
Sincerely hope that Google is not taking sides. If they do, they will not continue to be #1 search engine. Perhaps another search engine with a name GoKaching (revenue share with searchers) may take its place… Ha ha!!

I too, have inherited bad health genes.
I fought all my life with many of the same symptoms as you.
However, I did inherit brains. I’m Mensa.
(Although what good does that do because I have a hard time arranging meetings, when I do not know in advance how I will feel when I wake.?)

I believe many sites do not fully explain the ideology of symptoms, however, yours did. :)
I hold a B.A. and am also a certified Nutritionist but still not fully engaged in healthy living.

any comments would be greatly appreciated. If possible to my email.
Thank You
