I suffer from low T but the shots give me side effects like really bad anger management issues and how do I put this delicately, some very serious shrinkage down there. I’ve been under a lot of stress because my business is always facing bankruptcy and so I don’t sleep and I think that is contributing. I’ll try the tips above, especially getting more D.

Is this a serious problem for men or very hyped up marketing to sell testosterone products like TestBoost. Thanks love SelfHacked! -Peter

That’s ten time as much as you say with the 100 mg/kg, but your value makes a lot more sense in terms of a viable dosage. Am I somehow misinterpreting their numbers?

I tested low for it and have been supplementing a very low dose topically. It makes a big difference in how I feel physically as well as my outlook on life.
