Wondering why blood pressure wasn’t mentioned? I’ve read elsewhere that it can help raise low bp, and those with hypertension should avoid the extracts. Any reply greatly appreciated.

Hi Kaijage, rosemary essential oil and extracts should be avoided in children under 10 years old. Tea is probably fine, but it would be best to consult a doctor first.

4 grams = 1 teaspoon. Very simple to work out the rest at home.

Hi Sylvia, I think it’s because science is usually done in the metric system, and thus uses grams and liters. We can definitely try adding alternate units in the future. Thanks for the suggestion!

Fine if you have a kitchen scale that measures tiny amounts like that Not everyone has. It is really really hard to search the web for “dosages in teaspoons”. No matter how you phrase that search, you almost never find it!
It would be nice if some site would give teaspoon measurements, per 1 teacup of water.

It also decreased sperm count, mobility, and density. All of these factors negatively affect fertility. Also, pregnant female rats had more fetal loss”

Apart from having tiny genitalia, rosemary is awesome…

Of course, once they do their processing and refining, the finished substance is rather unrecognizable from the original substance–and lacks the fundamental harmlessness of the original element. (But that’s another ball of wax–and dirty wax at that.)
