It is one of the great thing that anyone should try at least once. Thanks for this info, subscribed your blog.

I’m glad that I got in touch with this wonderful system, Reiki. It had helped me maintain my overall well-being and helped me maintain a balance of life. My mother is getting older and she wants to know how she can improve her memory. I’ll be sure to tell her she should consider doing Reiki to improve her memory.

I’ve been doing self-reiki every night for the last 3 years and I can safely say that I saw only positives – both physical and mental. Granted, it will not cure chronic illnesses but it’s a great add-on/bonus to any treatment.

Whoever experiences negative effects after a Reiki session could mean 3 things:

(1) the Reiki practitioner was not well-trained.
(2) herxheimer reaction, and to use ‘alternative medicine jargon’ – the energy (specifically in chakras) take time to get balanced, so it’s normal to feel worse at first
(3) the patient did not rest and/or re-hydrate himself after a session. An increased intake of fluids is needed after every session.

I hope this clears up any confusion.
