Recently, one of my cousins mentioned he’s been dealing with skin problems. He’s tried everything, and his condition doesn’t seem to improve, so I’ll be sure to share this article with him. Thanks for the information on light therapy and how it could help our skin.

Thank you so much for giving a particularly exhaustive investigation. I had taken a gander at this a long time back and am returning to the point.

There is a great deal of confounding data out there about the potential impacts of gazing straight toward specific sorts and shades of light. Honestly, you never need to gaze straight toward blue, violet, and UV light frequencies (200nm-480nm). Doing so could make harm your cornea, retina, or both. That implies it would not be a smart thought to look straight at the daylight or the lights in your home.

So, there is proof that a few sorts of red light can really help your vision. Indeed, there are in excess of a couple of individuals out there that have gotten the advantages of red light treatment and improved their visual perception after only a couple medicines. Is it generally useful or would it be able to be unsafe and terrible for eyes? I especially liked the improvement in cognitive function when utilizing the red light therapy. I just have a question, what can you recommend for home users to buy a cheap and yet effective red light therapy device for most of the concerns: wrinkles, dental hygiene, cognitive and pain manamgement?

So is this suggesting it blocks the formation of collagen? This could be dangerous for people who have a breakdown in their ability to produce collagen.

I’m wondering because they both upon ROS. Will the ROS scavenging ability of the hydrogen water block the ROS inducing effects of the red light? Thank you in advance.

Blue helps with my acne a lot. They vanished completely.
Then I wanted to use red for wrinkles and to increase collagen production on my face skin.
Many acne came. I tried twice and now I am sure that it is bcs of red light therapy. But on the other hand skin does look better. Firmer. So is red light cleaning skin and after time acne will be gone? Or I should better stop using red? Any opinion? Please.

I’ve noticed an increase in anxiety, decrease in acne and decrease in shoulder/neck pain and tightness. Any ideas what could be causing the increase in anxiety? Red or near infrared?

Remember that humans have been out in the sun for the last 3 million years. The problem nowadays is the opposite, people spend too much time indoors and too little outdoor, that’s why vitamin d deficiency runs rampant. Enjoy your red or NIR treatment. Its cheap, effective and anyone can do it at home.

Just buy a LED device, much cheaper and safer (and the treatment areas are usually much larger).

Chicken coop lamp also helps with exercise recovery when applied on sore muscles. If you’re feeling tired after the treatment, I believe you’re doing it wrong (ie too long). 1-4 min is all it takes per body part…
