K2 is the major player here especially regarding calcium transport. Some companies are putting both K1 and K2 in the same product, but my experience suggests that some large group may suffer from the K1 because it may make their blood too thick. Since I’m using K2 regularly, my cardio-calcium scan shows no increase in the score over a one year period. ‘Was hoping that the score would go down, but my Dr. was impressed that it did not go up!
