I have been taking this for about two weeks for very bad hot flashes and night sweats. I was taking four 500mg capsules a day. It gave me severe diarrhea after about 4 days. I lowered what I take and now am experiencing severe stomach pain & bloating. It 100% got rid of the hot flashes & night sweats, but the side effects aren’t worth it.

Hi there,
I’ve been taking pueraria mirifica powder only 15 days, approximately 1g in the morning after breakfast, and for the last 3 or 4 days, I have a tingling sensation in my arms and legs, especially hands and feet. It is not painful, more like “itchy”. Could it be due to PM? I decided to stop taking it to see if there would be any changes. The reason I started taking this powder in the first place is to enlarge breasts, I don’t have any medical issues at all (35 years old).
