I am desperate to find something to help so I got this from pure nootropics in 300 mg capsules. I am not sure how much I am supposed to take a day because some sights say 1200 mg!! YIKES.
Can you please advise me on this?

It was giving me a boost in clarity with certain body feeling but it was like 45min up to 2h, than I felt really tired and sleepy. Strangely when I consumed sugar or hyperventilate bringing more oxygen to the brain, effects of clarity were coming back for a brief moment, but it was inpractical to eat all the time sweets.

Taking it daily these effects wore off after several days and I found best to cycle this i.e. taking it for a day or several and then stopping for several days before restarting, reserving it for when I need that extra focus/motivation.
