I started taking this last week…. I took 100 mg on Monday and the feeling of calm and increased ability to focus lasted for 3 whole days!! I have already been taking algae sourced DHA for 3 years for focus and it is my plan to take PS twice a week in conjunction. I am quite amazed.. the last time I felt this content and free from anxiety was probably 10 years ago.

PS can also be sourced from sunflower. Swanson does one. Also Viridian, called Cogniserine if i remember well
