Excellent article, thank goodness no hype or claims which all too typically plague blogs – newsletters. For your information, I find that passion flower tea gives me an excellent night’s sleep and maybe (!) eases my arthritis, though still early days to speak with any authority, anyway let’s hope so! I bought the dried leaves in a local health shop in Machico Madeira Island. The fresh fruit is readily available all over the island.
