Presently I am taking 1 gm/daily.

This dosage would be impractical for humans: using a common conversion factor, a corresponding dose in a 60 kg adult would easily be greater than 2 grams per day (2,000 mg per day) [31].”

Why is it impractical for humans to take 2000 mg NMN per day?

Livemax NMN is 500 mg per capsule. Why is it impractical to take four per day?

I’ve also questioned the motivations of David Sinclair because when he’s asked about what he uses to slow ageing – he fails to disclose the fact that he has Botox injections – which would explain why he looks younger than his age and why only the lateral parts of his brow are able to elevate!
