]]>As for the supplement, or just coincidentally, i have lost weight, had reduced cravings, especially for my coffee and sweetener, tend to get full on smaller portioned meals, and feel slightly more energy. My wife has even bought into the supplement but she has had no results.

]]>No. Fasting is empty stomach. Eat only according to the specific meal plan you are on for that week. That is the only way to help you know what foods make you bloat and what foods are working for you. Don’t mess with that.
