Thanks for your comment. It is the reaction of the combination with blood thinners that may have this effect, not the Glucosamine or NAG by itself. I hope this answers your question.

Their combination may extend bleeding time and increase the risk of bruising,”
So Glucosamine can INCREASE clotting time whereas NAG helps speed up blood clotting? Rather confusing!
