]]>Hi Alex, you probably have no reason to worry. Myo-inositol actually improved measures of fertility in men (and also testosterone in some cases). There’s no evidence to suggest that it would decrease your testosterone (the testosterone-lowering effect is specific to women with PCOS).

]]>I take 3-5g daily. It has helped my sleep tremendously and improved OCD like nothing else. I’d recommend increasing your dosage. What you’re taking is not enough to really have any effect.
