Like you listed above, it could help with migraines, arthritis, and anxiety. Those are all things that I could stand to have some help with, along with plenty of other people!

Well, it’s good to know that a good massage will help reduce anxiety and stress too. I also never knew that this may stop muscle sores.

From my personal experience, I’ve experienced such benefits. I would recommend others to get a massage therapy as well if they want to experience such amazing benefits mentioned in this article.

My mom has been experiencing some issues lately and she needs to get them taken care of quickly. I think it’s a good idea to find a local therapist that can help with monthly massages.

My sister is wanting to get my girlfriend and I a couple’s massage for our anniversary. Thanks for the tips and we will enjoy the massage when the time comes.

A chiropractor is a professional, in that field. The only way a chiropractor is a professional in the massage field, is if the said chiropractor is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Like any profession in any field, there are people performing jobs without knowledge and skill. In the health field, that is why there is malpractice insurance. Which is also why a professional LMT, has liability insurance and will most likely will be a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (if in the United States). The reason fields are called practices, like law practice, or the practice of medicine, is because it is not a profession without fault or learning, it’s people practicing something they do not have superior knowledge of- As there is no such thing. Ever. Learning never ends. Thank you.

But wrong technique of massaging can even harm your muscles. That’s why better consult an expert of this field, a chiropractor for perfect results.

To me, the benefits are reason enough to try it.
Although admittedly, with so many types, it’s a little difficult to know where to start.
