I believe you forgot to add the genetic disorder called “hypophosphatasia”. My doctor who specializes in this says that it is a HUGE marker for hypophosphatasia. There is a chart showing what normal levels should look like. A lot of times doctors misdiagnose hypophosphatasia for a lot of other diseases. Low ALP levels with extremely highs levels of vitamin B6 is what they look for. If you have these two things combined, you most likely have HPP.
