I have also recently undertaken weight training and purchase a bottle of liver tablets which are supposed to help in building muscle. However, I then found out it would not be wise to take it because of the iron content. Is there any truth to that?

I’m currently using anabolic steroids , I have no desire to quit . My doctor inform me my red blood cell count is very high , due to steroid use . What measures can I take to reduce my red blood cell count ? I was told I could donate blood to help reduce my red blood cell count but don’t inform the donate center I’m on steroids would this help ?

I was sent to a hematologist that ordered further blood tests of a different kind and it came back that I had CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia). That sounds awful but it is the least invasive form of leukemia. The Hematologist said I can live for many years with this. I don’t like it but I was told that something else would probably get me before the CLL does.
