Could you explain why Phosphatidylcholine in the form of Micellized Pure PC would cause immediate visual disturbance; seeing black spots/floaters, tunnel vision and brain fog? This supplement was suggested due to previous results of low choline and to work on issues with my biliary tree and digestion, I have many other issues that Phosphatidylcholine could be working towards as well but to keep it brief I’ll stop there. Any knowledgeable feedback is appreciated!

Or do like dr Joel Wallach recommends and eat your eggs, soft yolk. He eat 10 eggs a day and recommends us all to do the same. He says cholesterol levels 200-300 are normal and not to be feared.
