The text. Both come from the same source. I guess the authors of the paper made a mistake when they colored the image.

It’s easy to make , youtube it!
Just don’t heat it , heat kills the probiotic! L

Learn about SIBO. I KILLED MOST OF my gut bacteria and used homemade sauerkraut to reintroduce bacteria. I used a herbal antiparisitic. That lowers the bacteria but I took 10 Drops of GSE EXTRACT and reduced it farther & then ate the uncooked sauerkraut! HALALOOYA! It works! Of course a Doctor that specializes in SIBO will make you feel safer! I was scared, but it worked! I just turned 70 and I did that about a year ago!

I know it works, you have to make it yourself, you can’t cook it because hate destroyed the bacteria. Google it!

After a lot of reading I decided to self medicate! Did it work? Yes! I was scared but I needed help!
SYMPTOMS : Weakness, even though I exercised! I was used to success when I exercise! I usually climed mountains, HIKING! I REALIZED that I must have something like GEARDI, GOOGLE IT! I TOOK A HERBAL ANTI PARISITES & it worked, for a while! Then it returned. I noticed that my food wouldn’t sustain me! So I took 10 drops of GSI in a glass of water!
It killed my gut bacteria! Of course I had to replace it! I used HOME MADE SAUERKRAUT, UN PASTURED! 3 DAYS LATER, SUCCESS! MANY BENIFITS !
I’m Hiking 2 miles a day, mussels growing stronger, don’t need Paxil any more! I feel again! Doctors that specializes in SIBO, know how to do the same in a controlled environment! I believe I did WELL! GOOGLE SIBO! LEARN!

Actually, according to an article in the Feb.2018 Townsend Letter, EMF drastically INCREASES the calcium uptake in the cells. Author is Michael Gerber, MD. And, to be more specific re magnesium, the author suggests the glycinate variety.

Which one is correct, the graphic or the text?

Since I started unplugging our wifi router at bedtime I’ve noticed improved sleep. Sleeping deeper and for longer blocks of time. That has to improve immunity as sleep is where you rebuild. Mercola says EMFs are calcium channel blockers, so additional magnesium may help also. Good stuff.

I had colon cancer a couple of years ago and have been taking them…wondering if I’m wasting money because I’ve also massively increased fiber intake also. Grateful for anyone’s input or experiences with butyrate supplementation.

Hi Mariana,
Most probiotics are gram positive, but there are also gram negative ones. Some strains of E. coli have been used as probiotics. So have B. fragilis strains. Basically, it is a probiotic if you take it to improve your gut health. This is just one of the studies where it’s being tested: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5355466/

Just a little correction : Bacteroides fragilis is a gram negative bacteria , not probiotic !

I started on a good probiotic and a good prebiotic
Maybe that’s all you need or its the combination with about 15 other supplements I take. One noticeable thing was I went to a cafe and had a cold pressed “hangover” drink. That’s what my fatigue feels like and sipping the drink made me feel like I had been lost in the desert for a month and the first drink was exquisite. I only drink water or coffee otherwise. I believe juicing is overrated but I will have a weekly juice from now on just for the euphoria of it.
I finally know how long my piece of string is, Just Right.

Just watched Michael Moseley ” Trust me I’m a doctor” stating it’s a waste of time using antibacterials and antiseptic apart from after going to the toilet or before handling food because within microseconds of washing a similar amount of micro organisms have returned to that area cleaned, so embrace messy only be a clean freak if it rocks your boat. Extremism is not required in any aspect of life. Only people with mental disease are extremist.

I suffer all those at once.

Taking probiotics helps a lot.
