Including olives, berries, melons, tomatoes, cucumbers, pomegranate, etc. And also the outer layer of many fruits and veggies such as blueberries and potatoes. What is that all about? Hardly anything left to eat. And certainly no processed and most wheat products. I seem to be ok with butter, grass fed yogurt and some cheeses. Not exactly FODMAP. My main issue is not IBS but severe acid reflux for a lack of digestive enzymes and dysfunctional gall bladder. What do you make of this?
