After having my first child my stomach felt awful after anything I ate. I was bloated and just uncomfortable. I suffered for years until I found this product!

However things to consider, probiotics supplement are not very shelf stable temperature wise; you could end up buying an “all dead culture” product by the time it arrives to you, hence no beneficial result / money down the drain. Also, people have mentioned having adverse reaction to it, so not always good. It could be a case of having normal health and then taking probiotics becoming having worse health than before. Seems like the best option is to avoid probiotics supplement altogether and adjust your diet instead, upgrade the food that you eat with healthier alternatives and hopefully your gut health will improve over time after those changes.

The implication there was because this bacteria helps the absorption of Iron. But there is another possible explanation, which is glyphosate. Glyphosate kills bacteria that use the shikimae pathway, AND it binds to iron strongly. This means that bacteria may not be associated with Iron absorption, but glyphosate is associated with lowering both these things.

Often the results feel subtle at best but a proper mapping of your biome over time will allow you to see these shifts.

If you are searching for large dose then check Elixa probiotic (0.5 trillion CFU per dose)

I usually find that probiotics offer very little benefit to me and often make no difference at all. As a general rule, Bifido strains seem to be more effective than Lactobacillus. And I’d still always take them alongside a course of antibiotics.

Much larger doses may produce a more noticable effect but that gets expensive. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who thinks probiotics are overrated. Not because gut bacteria aren’t important but because probiotics don’t do enough to change the gut flora…
