Does taking vinpocetine one hour before another nootropic enhance efficacy?

If so, would vinpocetine therefore not be suitable to ingest with a meal before bed? Also, the higher dosage is set at 20mg/day..should 30-40mg/day cause alarm in terms of neurovascular damage over a prolonged time frame within that dosage range? The symptomplogy of my ADHD is greatly suppressed and am wondering about the long haul and its effectiveness!

On the other hand, Piracetam has been effective for me and yet you say it’s dangerous. Piracetam is the most widely used nootropic so it makes sense there would be more negative reports statistically speaking.

I think that what is happening is the vinpocetine is dangerously increasing bloodflow and then dangerously lowering it as you take it. I think piracetam increases brain blood flow in a different way that might be safer. Piracetam has been very widely used with many positive reports, although most reports are more neutral. I would say that to each his own but I feel comfortable taking piracetam quite often whereas I would very rarely take vinpocetine.

My 2 cents.

Although I didn’t have the fungus issue, I had the other symptoms you mentioned. Get his thyroid checked and find a doc who will opt for Nature Throid, not Synthroid.

My husband really needs this for cognitive issues. He has poor circulation — cold hands, lots of fungus on toes, hands always cold, low endurance for focus and concentration. How much would you suggest?
